Where for art thou my bearded vampire?...

Edward Cullen does not exist. Neither does Jacob (unfortunately), the whole ‘I’m so hot with my constipated expression’ just doesn’t do it for me. But hey don’t get me wrong, as vampires go the Salvatore brothers *sigh* are smoking HOT and totally rock the dead look. Who wants to be a princess anymore these days anyway...

When I was out with a few friends after watching New Moon I noticed my neighbour with this girl. Now I won’t be mean but let’s just say she was not the type of girl I thought he would go out with. I tried to be fair before I started to judge her but I just couldn’t look passed the too tight top and over flowing cleavage with the near bursting-at-the-seams skinny jeans. Skinny jeans is a name given to actually warn people before buying them to think twice and not just invest in a pair for the sake of it. My friend on the other hand couldn’t help herself but snort with laughter as the helpless lass tried to weave in and out of the tables towards the ladies. I called out to my neighbour and warned him that I was only a few tables away and that I would not hesitate telling his mum if he tried anything on with this girl (in front of me anyway), he didn’t look too pleased to see me but gave me the thumbs up none the same.

A few days later I saw her again. She was walking up the road with who looked like her mum. In a hijaab.

I was disappointed but not surprised. I wanted to shame her, let her know I knew her secret and that my neighbour was always entertaining girls and that she was just another notch on his bed post. But of course I didn’t. Her mum looked so old and strained my heart melted at the sight of her.

I hated how she was disrespecting the hijab, giving a bad name to those of us who wear it with fear of Allah in our hearts. But something told me her mother knew about her daughter's antics. Except there was nothing she could do about it...

It is disgusting yet so amazing how naive girls can be. Little is realised how meaningless the ‘relationship’ is for the guy compared to what it means for the girls. Some turn even suicidal. The notion is ridiculous. The Asian lads especially. Top tip, don’t EVER think you can make an honest man out of a high school or college guy. Remember boys mature a lot later than girls. A LOT LATER. And while your planning the rest of your life together, he's planning how to pull your mate...Just some food for thought...
